| 摘 要： | 从生活的本质对人的自我生成的规定性,人的心理发展的规律,心理学学科的发展逻辑以及心理健康教育的终极目的这四个方面来看,"生活化"应是心理健康教育的必然要求。只有认识到心理健康教育"生活化"的必然性,心理健康教育才有可能成为一种真正关注学生的生活与幸福的教育活动。

| Abstract: | If analyzed from the aspects of the stipulation of life essence to the people’s self-formation,the law of people’s psychological development,the development logic of psychology,and the ultimate purpose of mental health education,we can draw the conclusion that life-orientation is the inevitable demand of mental health education.Only people recognize the inevitability of life-orientation of mental health education,can mental health education become one kind of education activity which really pay attention to student’s life and happiness. |
