| Abstract: | On the basis of having analysed the present situation of manufacturing industry and the technical innovation advantage in medium and small enterprises ,the paper sums up the measuring and appriaise theory of process innovation ability in medium and small enterprises, forcasting the develop trend of process innovation,measuring and appriaise in medium and small enterprises of manufacturing industry. |
