| 摘 要： | 采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)成人卷]对体能主导类的两大专项(田径、速滑)的35名健将级运动员进行调查,同时将运动健将分别与普通人群及一般级别运动员进行对比分析,结果表明:体能主导类健将级运动员普遍表现出外向及情绪稳定(少数偏于不稳定)的人格特征;不同性别的健将级运动员与同性别一般级别运动员具有不同的人格特征.由此希望本文能为优秀运动员在训练和比赛期间进行有针对性的心理训练与调整,以及对体能主导类运动员培养等方面的研究提供有益的依据与参考.

| Abstract: | In this paper thirty-five master sportsmen are investigated for whom physical energy plays a leading role and whose specialties are track and field or speed-skating by using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ)Adult]. Furthermore, the master sportsmen are respectively compared with a non-athlete group and an average athlete group. It turns out that the master sportsmen often show an extroverted personality and are inclined to keep stable emotions. It's hoped that the research can provide a beneficial reference for top athletes, who know how to do their mental training and psychological consultation during their training course and how to adjust their psychology during the competition. |
