| Abstract: | The reason why investors lose benefits in Chinese stock market is mostly that some severe deficiency exists in its management system which lacks perspectiveness and maneuverability. The lagging systematic construction, monopolistic corporation goveming structure, despising the law and keeping lax in enforcing the law are other defects in Chinese stock market. |
