| 摘 要： | 针对企业如何实现管理理论与方法的创新,介绍近年来国内外学者对企业信息资源管理研究的主要领域与热点问题,深入剖析这些研究存在的问题,指出国内外学者需要加大企业信息资源管理研究的深度与广度,从而尽快形成一套较为完整、系统化的企业信息资源管理理论体系,以指导企业有效地开展商务活动。

| Abstract: | In the light of how the enterprises carry out the innovation of management theory and method, this paper introduced the main areas and hot issues of enterprise information resource management on which the domestic and international scholars develop research recently, and analyzed the existing problems among these studies thoroughly. Then, it pointed out that the domestic and international scholars should reinforce the research depth and scope of enterprise information reseurce management, so that they could form a more comprehensive, more systematical theory system of enterprise information resource management as soon as possible, to guide the enterprises to take commerce activities effectively. |
