| 摘 要： | 阐述了《普通高等院校学生管理规定》中关于“在校学习期间擅自结婚而未办理退学手续的学生 ,作退学处理”规定的违宪性和违法性以及当前赋予在校大学生结婚自由权的必要性和可行性。
