| 摘 要： | 分析了渐开线齿轮基圆位置的变化规律 ,以此确定渐开线理论起始点的位置 ;分析了渐开线齿轮的加工过程 ,以此确定渐开线实际起始点的位置 ;最后分析了齿轮实际啮合过程 ,说明只要齿廓工作段起始点位于渐开线实际起始点之外 ,便不会出现传动的干涉。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the varying law of basic circle position so as to determine the theoretic beginning point of involute,and the cutting process of involute gear so as to determine the actual beginning point of involute.Lastly it analyses the actual engaging process of involute gear.The gear transmission interference will not occur if the engaging beginning point is out of the actual beginning point of involute. |
