| 摘 要： | 外聘教师档案管理工作不仅直接关系到电大教育教学管理工作,而且影响电大的人事整体管理水平。做好外聘教师的档案管理工作应根据电大的特点,针对目前工作中存在的问题,应重点从理顺管理体制、健全管理制度、加强开发利用等方面下功夫,充分发挥其作用。

| Abstract: | The management of part-time teachers' archives not only influences the education and teaching management of Radio and TV University (RTU), but also influences the holistic management level. Aiming at the existing problem, if we want to manage the part-time teachers' archives well, we should straighten out and perfect the managing system, strengthen the exploitation and utilization, etc, so as to exert its function, according to the characters of RTU . |
