| Abstract: | Modem competitive sport enhances more and higher requirement on athletes sport event power, physical efficiency and recovery and so on. It is impossible to win in games that training lack of theory guidance , scientific-control and nutrition recovery. This paper discusses the scientific fundamental theory, physical and chemical control and nutrition recovery to training in order to improve the scientific, aimed and efficient training. |
