| 摘 要： | 洛阳市耕地严重短缺 ,人均占有耕地面积较少 .随着经济的发展 ,人均占有耕地资源将进一步减少 .针对这一现象 ,文章通过对洛阳市耕地资源现状及存在问题的分析 ,提出了一系列耕地保护与可持续发展的新思路 .

| Abstract: | Luoyang is short of cultivated land. Per capita of cultivated land is very low,and the trends of decrease will continue with further development of economy. With respect to this phenomina,the untilization and problems of cultivated land are analyzed in this paper and a series of new measures in cultivated land protection and consistency development are offered. |
