| 摘 要： | 粮食管理历来是国家行政管理的重点,牵动人心.整体而言,抗战后期江西国统区粮食管理机制具体呈现为政府宏观调控占主导、市场机制运作为辅的互动格局.江西国统区粮食管理政策是在粮价飞涨、军粮民食供应紧张之际所采取的一种战时经济统制政策,这是战时背景下政府明智的选择.也对社会稳定乃至抗战胜利发挥了有力的保障作用.
