| Abstract: | A headmaster is the soul of a school.A headmaster's quality directly affects his managing level and his school's educatinal quality.In order to bring up headmasters with high quality that suits the needs of the new century,the college cultivating headmasters should break free from the traditional training model and set up a new one,improve students'knowledge structure, change sense of education,and organize excellent teachings staff. |
