| 摘 要： | 为了建立和维护我国职业足球良好的市场秩序,实现对我国职业足球市场的规范管理,对职业足球市场秩序内涵和理想状态进行了深入分析和探讨。研究表明:职业足球市场秩序是指职业足球各利益主体在职业足球市场活动中所共同遵守的规则,以及由此而形成的职业足球市场运行状态和格局,主要包含三个方面的内容;职业足球市场秩序的理想状态主要体现为界定明晰的产权、规范的行为准则、完善的约束体系和较高的总体效率四个方面。

| Abstract: | In order to create and maintain an orderly market of professional football in China,the author carries out a careful and deep discussion of the definition and ideal state of market order,especially the order of professional football market.It is showed in this paper that market order of professional football refers to a set of rules with which main players of the market comply in activities of professional football and also includes the operational state and patterns formed accordingly in football market.It mainly contains three aspects.The author also indicates that the ideal state of market order of professional football can be featured by clearly defined property rights,specification for conduct,well-designed regulatory system and relatively high efficiency. |
