| 摘 要： | 由于传媒产业具有强烈的意识形态属性 ,政府设置严格的市场准入规则来调控媒介产业 ,在内容、结构、资本等各个方面影响媒介产业的资本运作 ,因而传媒产业在资本运营手法上 ,与其它行业有着不同的特点。加入WTO后 ,传媒业的各种规则放松 ,其利润势必与其它行业趋同 ,其行业垄断地位也遭受挑战。因此 ,对于传媒业必须进行制度创新 ,提供新的有效制度供给 ,以推动传媒类公司产业化和市场化的改革进程。

| Abstract: | The media industry has strong feature of ideology and the government sets strict rules to regulate the industry in all aspects. Therefore,the industrial capital management of the media industry is different from the management of other industries. After joining WTO,the media industry necessarily needs an innovation of system. |
