| 摘 要： | 党的科教兴国战略思想形成一个完整形态是在建国后，但从理论与实践源头上讲，党的科教兴国战略思想形成一个完整理论，必然有一个思想素材的积累过程。事实上，早在建国前党领导的新民主主义革命时期，以毛泽东为代表的党的第一代领导集体，从革命和战争的实际需要出发，在革命根据地开展了发展科技和教育的科学探索，从而标志着党的科教兴国战略思想的萌芽。

| Abstract: | The strategic thought of revitalizing the nation through science and education of the party forms an intact form to evolve from after the foundation of the state, from the aspcet of theory and practicing source, the formation of the intact theory of revitalizing the nation through science and education, which experienced an accumulation course of theological material. In fact, in the new-democratic revolution period before the foundation of the state, the first generation of leading collectives of the party represented by Mao Zedong,having proceeded from the actual needs of the revolution and war, have launched science explorations which develops the science and technology and education in the revolutionary base area, thus marks the rudiment of strategic thought of revitalizing the nation through science and education of the party. |
