| 摘 要： | 基于破产立法观念的不断革新,我国破产法的重新修订已被提上日程,其中破产立法模式的选择是重中之重。通过对国内关于破产立法模式的各种观点进行分析,主张我国应采用一般破产主义立法模式。

Through the analysi s of the various views on Chinese mode of bankruptcy legislation,we propose the common theory of the mode of bankruptcy legislation. |
