| 摘 要： | 本文采用问卷调查的方式,通过构建评价模型,运用序列研究和T检验两种研究方法,比较分析合肥和深圳的科技型创业者素质一级评价指标和相对重要的二级评价指标,从而获取了两地科技型创业者的深度信息。最后建议两地乃至其他市互相借鉴培育科技型创业者素质的方式,推动创业企业飞速发展。

| Abstract: | This article built up an evaluation model through questionnaire investigation.And then it compared the difference between scores on the evaluating indexes of technology entrepreneurs'quality of Hefei and Shenzhen by using sequence research and T-test.The indexes include all of the first degree ones and some relatively important secondary ones.After these work,we got the internal information about the technology entrepreneurs of these two city.Finally we gave a suggestion to these two cities that they should learn from each other's experiences of cultivating technology entrepreneurs'quality to propel the development of start-up enterprises. |
