| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,音乐文化在和谐校园建设中具有十分重要的地位与作用。优秀的音乐文化对于校园中的个体和谐、文化和谐以及集体组织凝聚力等方面具有促进功能,为校园文化建设提供多姿多彩的宽阔平台和丰富高雅的精神食粮,能丰富学科体系,进而促进学生人文素质的培养,促进学生群体的精神面貌,使整个校园达到协调、和谐的发展。因此学校应重视构建符合校情、促进和谐发展的音乐文化教育体系。
