| 摘 要： | 摘要：虚拟科技创新团队是一种跨地域、时间和组织边界的新兴的科学研究组织形式，是科研活动复杂化、交叉集成化和网络信息时代下的产物。成员选择是虚拟科技创新团队组建和运行的基础性问题，成员选择本质上是科技人才的评价问题。本文针对虚拟科技创新团队的特征和需求以个体能力、协同能力和匹配适应程度三个维度构建评价指标体系，运用可拓学的物元方法建立了多级可拓综合评价模型，为虚拟科技创新团队的成员选择提供了一种决策方法。
