| Abstract: | As an underdeveloped region, Northern Jiangsu Province should fully play the advantages of agricultural and manual resources. The effective ways to vitalize the rural economy of Northern Jiangsu Province are to accelerate the agricultural industrialization process, to cultivate new superior industries and to form the strong advantage of backwardness. |
