| Abstract: | Based on motives & effecting forms of government departments in enterprise cluster's innovation, and straits encountered by enterprise clusters in China, the paper puts forward models of the government action: introducing resources of innovation, using organizational mechanism and advancing diffusion of technology. Besides, it analyses Chinese government action in suitable conditions, characters about Enterprise cluster' s innovation. |
