素质功能研究与素质教育

摘    要:本文试图从新的视角界定素质的内涵和外延 ;并从综合素质诸素质之间的兼容性入手 ,对素质功能及功能作用发挥的条件进行分析 ,强调素质功能在社会个体与群体中的有效运行必然可以实现个人与社会发展的良性互动。素质功能研究的核心在于实现素质的正功能 ,克服素质功能逆向发挥的不利因素。同时廓清了素质发展的“全面”与“自由”的关系。指出因材施教作为一种制度安排 ,对实现个体自由发展所具有的意义。

Abstract:This article tries to set the intension and extension of quality from a new perspective. It starts with the compatibility among various qualities in comprehensive qualities, and analyzes the functions of quality and the conditions on which the functions play. It emphasizes that the effective operation of the functions of quality in individuals and groups in society will certainly bring about virtuous interaction of the development of individuals and society. The core of the research on functions of quality lies in achieving the positive functions of quality and overcoming the unfavorable factors of adverse play of them. At the same time, it outlines the relationship between "comprehensiveness" and "freedom" in all-round development. It points out that, as a system arrangement, the theory of "teach students according to their aptitude" is of great significance on achieving free development of individuals.
