| 摘 要： | 潜山县村庄整治坚持规划引领、党政引导、农民主体、多措并举、综合治理,突出村庄本位,营造特色产业,创新管理体制,具有重要的启示作用:农村社区建设要科学规划,因地制宜,统筹城乡公共服务,坚持参与式建设,重构组织管理机制。

| Abstract: | In Qianshan County,village renovation is featured by planning guide,party and government leading,farmers as the main body,comprehensive controlling and a variety of measures being taken.It highlights the status of villages as the basic unit,constructs characteristic industries and innovates the management system.Its enlightenment lies in the fact that rural community construction should be scientific to suit local conditions,urban and rural public service should be coordinated,participatory construction should be insisted on,and the management system should be reconstructed. |
