| 摘 要： | 本课题以广州市商业健身俱乐部健美操教练员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑归纳法对广州市商业健身俱乐部健美操教练员的专业素质进行了调查和分析。通过调查研究,得出广州市商业健身俱乐部健美操教练员现阶段所存在的问题,为今后的改进和持续性发展提供对策。

| Abstract: | Taking the aerobic coach of commercial fitness club in Guangzhou city as research object, using literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic induction, this paper made investigation and analysis on professional quality of aerobic coach of commercial fitness club in Guangzhou city, points out the existing problems and provides the suggestions for future reform and sustainable development. |
