| 摘 要： | 教育民主既包括教育权力的平等和教育机会的公正,教学过程中师生关系的平等与友善,教育参与和管理的民主,也包括教育内容中民主意识的渗透和民主能力的培养。思想政治课教学民主要创设民主的课堂教学气氛,创建民主平等的师生关系,创设以学生为主体的教学情境,采取分层教学、异步发展的教学方式。

| Abstract: | The education democracy not only includes equality in the education rights and education opportunities, the equality and friendship of teacher-student relationship during teaching process, the democracy of education participation and management , but also the penetration of democracy consciousness and the cultivation of democratic ability. The Ideology and politics teaching should establish the democratic atmosphere for instruction, construct democratic and equal teacher-student relationship, create the student-centered teaching situation and adopt the teaching approach of the lamination teaching with the asynchronous development. |
