黄芩的组织培养与快速繁殖研究

摘    要:用黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)无菌茎段为外植体进行快速繁殖。结果表明:MS 6-BA2.0mg/L培养基有利于促进腋芽萌发和生长,最有效的芽增殖培养基为MS 6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L,幼芽的增殖系数高达14;最有效的生根培养基为1/2MS NAA0.4mg/L,生根率可达93%。

Abstract:In this paper, the experiment is conducted in which the stem segments with axillary bud of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi as explant are cultured on MS media supplied with different combinations of phytohormone. The results show that MS + 6-BA 2.0mg/L is an appropriate culture medium for germination of axillary bud; the best medium for propagation of bud is MS + 6-BA2.0mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L, coefficient of propagation up to 14; and the best rooting medium is 1/2MS + NAA0.4mg/L, and the rooting rate reaches 93%.
