| 摘 要： | 西欧君主专制制度是从封建国家向资产阶级国家转变过程中出现的一种政治形态，它产生于特定的历史时期。16世纪初，欧洲的封建制度逐渐解体，资本主义生产关系日益发展，开始了资本的原始积累过程。这个时期，封建贵族趋于没落，市民（资产阶级前身）兴起，两上阶级势均力敌。在他们的相互对抗和冲突中，君主充当了仲裁者的角色，君主利用市民打击封建割据势力，并从市民处得到财政的支持。专制王权与市民的发展最终建立起君主专制制度。

| Abstract: | Autocratic monarchy is a political formation that arose during the course of feudal country changing into bourgeois country. It emerged in a specieic historical Period. Feudal system of Europe gradually disintegrated and capitalist relations of production were developing day and day and the course of primitive accumlation of capital began at the early stage of 16 century. During that time feudal nobles tended to decline and townspeople (the predecessor of capitalist) were on the upgrade. The two classes matched each other in strength. Monarch played the part of arbitratior in their antagonism and conflict. Monarch attacked feudal Separationist rule making use of the strength of townspeople and gained financial support from them. Autocratic monarchy was established at last on the development of autocracy and townspeople. |
