| 摘 要： | 以辽宁师范大学 99级女生为总体 ,随机抽取四个班级为样本 ,确定为对照组、实验组 ,在网球选项课中进行教学方法最优化的实验研究。研究结果表明 ,通过教学方法最优化可使高师女生的身体素质和网球技术有显著提高 ;心理个性表现趋于集中 ;身体形态及社会适应能力得到改善和提高。

| Abstract: | This thesis is based on the research on the girl students in Grade 99 of Liaoning Normal University . Four classes were sampled randomly and divided into tow groups: experimental group and comparative group. An experimental research on best-arranged teaching method was carried on in the tennis elective course .The result of the research showed that the best-arranged teaching method enabled the girl students in high school to achieve a remarkable improvement in both physical quality and tennis skill: psychological character was tending to concentration and the physique as well as social adaptability were greatly improved. |
