| Abstract: | Disaster management is part of crisis management.Based on the quantum analysis,the author describes the process of library disaster management in China,pointing out that after the Wenchuan earthquake the study of disaster management has been paid attention to,summarizing and evaluating the main progress and achievements for the contents. |
