新时期高职院校德育模式的创新与探讨

摘    要:新时期的高职生对传统德育模式下的教育产生了一定的“抗药性”,高职院校必须强化“以学生为本”的德育思想,不断创新德育模式。可以根据实际,有针对性地尝试和探索分群体德育模式、分模块德育模式、分需求德育模式、隐性德育模式4种德育新模式。在实际应用中,应扬长避短,固校制宜,因人制宜,固时制宜,在德育工作实践中不断完善和创新工作模式。

Abstract:Under the new condition,higher vocational school students usually resist to traditional moral education model,and higher vocational schools must strengthen "student-based" thinking of moral education,progressively innovate moral education model.Teachers can try and explore moral education model of stratifying,modularizing,dividing demands and recessive moral education model.In practice,teachers should develop students' merits and prevent their shortage,work according to the practical condition of school,students' personalities and teaching time,etc.
