| 摘 要： | 我国的行政问责制自2003年启动以来,通过各级政府的不断努力,已经取得了有目共睹的成效,起到一定的作用.但现实中在涉及问责执行人员意识、问责执行力、问责体系上都还有不足地方,尤其是对问责实施过程中执行力"时强时若"的问题上进行观点的阐发.

| Abstract: | Since the beginning of the administrative accountability in our country in 2003,it has already obtained obvious results and has played an important role.But in reality,there are still problems involving the awareness of the accountability enforcement agents,the strength of the accountability execution and the accountability system.Particularly,it is necessary to carry on the viewpoint explaining on the problem of "sometimes strongly sometimes weekly" during the implementation process of accountability. |
