| 摘 要： | 制应用型学科建设，是新建本科院校发展的灵魂和生命线。通过阐述应用型学科建设在新建本科院校发展中的地位与作用，并对新建本科院校学科建设的现状进行分析，提出了新建本科院校应用型学科建设发展规划的重要性、建设原则及其建设的基本任务等问题及其理性思考。
