| 摘 要： | 在当前经济环境下,中小民营企业的融资问题已经成为制约广大中小民营企业生存和发展的主要瓶颈。中小民营企业融资的特点表现为过度依赖内源、外源融资渠道狭窄,过度依赖金银行贷款。造成中小民营企业外源融资困境主要原因在于外部融资环境不佳以及缺乏与中小民营企业发展相匹配的融资体制。缓解中小民营企业外源融资困境可以从以下几方面入手：制定鼓励中小民营企业增强自身实力的税收政策、建立合理的中小企业征信体系以及多层次资本市场体系、拓展间接融资渠道、不断创新融资方式等。
