From the angle of people＇ s subjective cognition, the equal service is one kind of fair inequality ; The equal service includes following three aspects ： faimes of the library resource distribution, equal opportunity in library resource usage, and fairnes in service process. The main bodies of service responsibity are the government and library workers. |
