| 摘 要： | 提高标枪助跑的可控速度是获得理想初速度的关键.良好的加速形式是助跑速度逐渐增大的过程.标枪出手的可控速度应处在助跑速度的最大速度峰值,所以.在标枪运动员的训练过程中,应从提高助跑加速的形式曲线即可控速度方面进行训练,减少助跑速度的损失,这对掷标枪运动成绩有着重要的现实意义.统计分析可为进一步改进技术,指导训练,提供参考依据.

| Abstract: | Haveing made a general study on the documents concerning the factors which affect the distance of javelin throwing and on the results of some outstanding javelin throwers, the author comes to the conclusion that the acceleration of the run-up speed plays a decisive role in achieving a perfect initial velocity in bettering the results. A fine acceleration is a process of accelerating the run-up speed gradually, and the controllable speed at the time of throwing is supposed to be the maximal speed in run-up process. Therefore, when training throwers, trainers are suggested to improve the curvilinear motion and controllable speed in the run-up acceleration, to reduce the loss of run-up speed, which is essential to the results. And the statistical analysis can be served as a reference to improve techniques and guide the training. |
