| 摘 要： | 农村图书馆拥有其独特的社会功能，不仅可以为农业的发展提供强有力的技术支持，而且还可以推进农民精神生活质量的改善。农村图书馆需要加大财政投入，建立旨在服务农民的公益性信息库，通过上门服务等形式完善服务模式，提高自身服务意识，努力营造良好的文化氛围，为构建和谐农村社会做出应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | Rural library has its unique social functions： providing strong technical support for the agricultural devel- opment and promoting the improvement of rural spiritual life quality. Rural library requires more financial input to establish the public welfare database at the service of rural residents, improve the service mode through on-site serv- ice, enhance service consciousness, create favorable cultural atmosphere to promote the use of these libraries and consequently make due contributions to building a harmonious rural society. |
