| 摘 要： | 文章在对廉政文化的涵义进行阐述的基础上，对廉政文化的功能进行了分析，概括出廉政文化具有教化功能、规范功能、营造尚廉耻腐文化氛围的功能、监督与舆论导向的功能。这些功能对于搞好反腐倡廉具有不可低估的重要意义。
