| 摘 要： | 为了使上海市人口老龄化问题变负面作用为正面效应,促进上海经济的可持续发展,采用文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计的方法,通过对上海老龄化状况和上海市老年人口的余暇生活及体育参与现状进行调查研究。结果显示,上海市已进入超老龄化社会,老年人的余暇活动内容层次不高,老年体育人口的数量随年龄的增长呈逐步下降的趋势。提出发展老年体育的建议。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the sustainable development of economy in Shanghai,we should take measures to reduce negative effects of population aging.By using the method of documentary,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the paper analyzes the status of aging in Shanghai,further investigates leisure life and sports activity of elderly people.The results shows that Shanghai city has approached society of super aging.The age's level of leisure activities is lower.With the increase of age,amount of old-age sports population show a gradual tendency of decrease.Some suggestions are put forwarded to develop sports for aged. |
