基于群论算法的带阻尼套筒的篦齿封严结构模态分析

摘    要:本文采用群论算法对带阻尼套筒的篦齿封严结构进行振动特性的计算分析,利用带阻尼套筒的篦齿封严结构循环对称的特点,把特征值约化到一个重复扇区进行分析,并借助有限元商用程序ANSYS进行特征值求解.实践证明,采用该方法可以极大的减少单元和结点数目,降低特征方程的求解数目,提高计算求解速度,并获得较好的精度.

Abstract:This paper has a vibration analysis for the labyrinth gas seals with damping sleeve by wave transmittal technique.The simplification of eigen-problems is analyzed in only one based sector,and the eigenvalue is calculated by ANSYS.It is certified that the numbers of elements and nodes are reduced much,the speed of calculation is increased rapidly,good result is also got.
