| 摘 要： | 采用群体环境问卷法,对参加2007年全国青少年篮球比赛的336名运动员进行了测试与分析。研究结果表明:现阶段我国优秀青少年篮球队凝聚力整体水平较高;随着年龄的增长,凝聚力水平有升高的趋势;女队员在群体任务一致性和群体社交一致性两个维度上得分明显高于男队员;来自城市的运动员在群体社交一致性维度上得分明显高于农村的运动员;每周训练次数较多的运动员,其凝聚力水平较高;不同家庭文化背景、不同参赛角色、不同场上位置和不同训练年限的运动员凝聚力的四个维度指标上差异不具显著性。

| Abstract: | 336 players participating in the 2007 national juvenile basketball competition completed the Group Environment Questionnaire.The result shows that the cohesion level of China’s Juvenile Basketball Team is generally high;with the growth of age,cohesion of athletes is getting higher;scores of female athletes are obviously higher than male athletes on GI-T and GI-S;athletes from cities are scored significantly higher than those from countryside on GI-S;the more times athletes train every week,the higher cohesion athletes have;there is no significant difference among athletes of different families culture,role,position and training years. |
