| 摘 要： | 教育是一个国家、民族的百年大计,是一个民族的灵魂。世界上的每个国家对教育都是极其重视的,我国也不例外。从"以人为本","育人为本、德育为先"的定义入手,探讨要做好这两点的途径、方法,即教出"好"学生;聘用"好"教师,尊重教师。

| Abstract: | Education is both a long-term fundamental project and the soul for a nation.Every country in the world attaches great importance to education and there is no exception for China.The authors of this paper first give the definition of "human-orientation","cultivation-orientation and putting moral education first " and then explore into the avenues and approaches to carry out this educational ideology,namely,cultivating qualified students,employing qualified teachers and respecting teachers. |
