| 摘 要： | 鲁西北平原农村土地经营体制是伴随着20世纪80年代中国农村所进行的史无前例的经济体制改革而形成的，它促进了当时农村生产力的发展，符合20世纪末广大农民的要求。随着科技的发展和农村生产力水平的提高，它本身的局限性日渐显露出来。大户规模化经营、农地股份合作制、集体合作社等土地适度规模经营方式，是鲁西北平原农村土地承包经营体制的发展趋势。
