高师院校班级功能弱化的思考和对策

摘    要:高等师范院校班级功能弱化导致班级共同目标淡化,班级舆论失去影响力,班级人际关系松散,从而使学生的价值目标培养失去了一个有效的载体。造成此现象主要有社会原因、学校客观原因、学生主观原因等。强化班级功能十分必要,具体地可从强化服务意识,营造教育环境,提高群体活力等方面开展工作。

Abstract:The weakening of class function in teachers colleges leads to the weakening of their team goal and opinion, thus losing an effective carrier of their value development, resulting in a lack of team spirit and discipline. The factors are mainly from the society, the college, as well as the students themselves. To reinforce the class function must start from changing our view, constructing the environment, and improving the team vitality.
