| Abstract: | Consuhing librarians are the important post in university libraries. It is the inevitable demand of the information age to strengthen the construction of the human resources guarantee system of university consulting librarians. This article analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in China＇s university libraries and puts forward some ideas to provide the reference for the development of human resource guarantee system of consulting librarians. |
