| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂是商品经济的产物,它作为一种特殊商品,行贿方的需求与受贿方的供给本身存在着供需关系,国家工作人员作为商业贿赂的受贿主体身陷其中,危害了国家廉政制度,损害了政府与执政党的执政形象和执政能力,商业贿赂的廉政治理:一是加强廉政立法之间的衔接。二是建立官员财产公开申报制度。三是加强商业活动的透明度,健全权力运行的监督机制。
