| 摘 要： | 校企合作背景下,高职校园文化建设面临着如何适应评估指标、如何体现校企合作精神、如何与企业文化接轨等问题,针对这些问题,可以革新思路,实行一系列有针对性的对策,将职业道德教育在学生德育工作中置顶,适应企业来校兼职教师的企业文化背景,引入企业文化精神改造传统校园文化,根据企业所需培养目标改革学生课外活动,构建校园文化建设适应校企合作模式的新体系,从而有效提升建设的质量.
