| 摘 要： | 改革开放后,大量农民进入城市,成为产业工人的一份子,转变为农民工。由于户籍制度的限制,随之而来许许多多农民工问题。针对新出现的问题,中国共产党通过出台重大方针,调整执政理念,促成了各级政府有关农民工政策的积极演进。从保障农民工的合法权益,到建立农民工的社会保障制度,再到为农民工能否融入城市,农民工政策不仅是新时期解决民生问题的重要内容,也是中国共产党社会管理创新的重要体现。
