| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外科技成果评价发展状况的比较分析,重点研究了当前国内科技成果评价工作中存在的评价方式、评价尺度、专家监督等问题,提出了加强法规建设、发展中介机构、建立综合评价体系等相应对策,为我国科技成果评价工作的发展提供了可借鉴的思路。

| Abstract: | Through the development of domestic and foreign scientific and technical achievements evaluation of the comparative analysis,we focus on the research and analysis of the current scientific and technical achievements evaluation of the domestic issues, such as, the way and standards of evaluation ,how to supervise experts. We proposes a few countermeasures, such as, strengthening laws and regulations,the development of intermediary institutions,the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system. This paper supplies with methodologies to China＇s scientific and technological achievements of the current evaluation. |
