摘 要: | 引言在"餐館服務系統"發明專利權無效宣告請求案(以下簡稱"本案")中,涉及一種餐館服務系統,其針對現有的餐館服務系統中,由服務員爲顧客提供服務的服務系統存在耗費人力和時間成本的技術問題,或者在自助式餐聽中由顧客自行取餐而對顧客造成不便、缺乏吸引力的問題。
