| 摘 要： | 田径场是两个弯道及两直段组成，在弯道的计算方法中，计算半径和画线半径是不相同的，运动员应了解弯道的计算方法。掌握弯道跑的技术，按跑道设计的实际距离跑完全程，取得好的运动成绩。

On the Running Technique in Curved Tracks through the Means of Calculating Curved Track |

| Abstract: | A standard 400 meter elliptic race track comprises four consecutive sections two straight tracks,and two curved tracks.When it comes to the means of calculation of the length of a curved track,there are two alternatives available to it one is the calculation of marked radius,the other is that of actual radius.Only after athlects have acquaintance with means of calculating curved running tracks,have a good command of running technique in the two curved sections,have coverage of the whole distance required,and have a powerful and competent physique,can they achieve a comparatively fulfilling objective. |
